The suite was stunningly spacious, larger than a typical master bedroom in the US, complete with two bathrooms-a good surprise. The cocktails at the bar paired beautifully with the enchanting decor. The only downside was the pool temperature. A warmer jacuzzi-like atmosphere would have been preferred. A charming and picturesque stay!

location was perfect + staff recommendation for dinner (bistrot de paris) 2 blocks away was terrific. a 15 min walk to louvre + neighbourhood full of quaint shops - really pretty. hotel was quaint- exactly what we like.
we had a room on the first floor overlooking the street - would not recommend as very noisy -both traffic early in morning + construction work down the block. would suggest a room higher up/ to back of hotel may be better.

Excellent staff, particularly Michelle & Dennis. So central to Louve, Musee d'Orsay, etc. Lovely upmarket area. Breakfasts simple but so delicious. Beds comfortable, rooms immaculate, nothing too much trouble for the helpful friendly staff. Have already recommended it to friends going to Paris in the autumn. The hotel has been converted from a town house, so retains an elegant, but family atmosphere. Quite delightful, can't recommend it too highly.
Our first room was just the tiniest bit too small, perhaps should be used as a single rather than a double.

The honest truth about this
The hotel was beautiful and stylish! Everything felt brand new, with excellent, thoughtful service.
Room size was limiting, making it challenging to store luggage comfortably and move around freely.

Charming little hotel in excellent (quiet) location . Receptionists Denis and Michelle were extremely helpful in fluent English and from what we gathered , other languages as well.
size of bedroom which though typical of Paris, was half the size of my bathroom back in Malaysia and couldnt swing a cat in the bathroom let alone anything else!

I love this hotel and will never stay anywhere else in Paris. The hotel is charming and romantic with small but very comfortable rooms, the decor is contemporary and tasteful, the staff is warm, friendly and helpful, and the location on the Left Bank is ideal with cafes, restaurants, museums and the Seine all within easy walking distance. Oh, and most important, the hotel is located on a quiet street. Consider yourself lucky to secure a room at Hotel Thomas d'Aquin! One tip: the street is a bit hard to find so be sure to provide your taxi driver with the exact street address and the nearby intersection.

This hotel was just a good match for a couple of nights in Paris with reasonable value. The staff were accommodating when we needed to change our room after discovering a problem. Try to check your room condition upon arrival to avoid any issues.

The staff was wonderful- very warm and friendly. The location was absolutely ideal in its central location in Paris. I ended up getting a bad cold, and upon request, one of the staff members brought me a cup of hot tea to the room, which I truly appreciated!

The air-conditioned room was a much-needed respite during the summer heat, and the breakfast selection was really good, with fresh croissants, organic juices, and a good array of cheeses. The staff was professional and attentive, providing invaluable assistance during my business trip.
Some toiletries were replaced less frequently than expected.
